What is the SLFC Podcast?

The SLFC Podcast is simply our weekly service in audio format that can be downloaded through iTunes. It can then be loaded onto an iPod for mobility and convenience. The typical files for Podcasts are mp3 & mp4 (audio) and mpeg & mpeg4 (video). A Podcast is also a service that is subscribed to via iTunes or any RSS reader.
